Surf Culture Bondi will exchange an Item for online/store credit only. Before sending the item back, please contact us on info@surfculture.com.au within 2 days of your delivery arriving.

Packages returned to our address (186 Bondi Road Bondi NSW 2026 Australia) without first contacting us will not be accepted.Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original packaging/tags attached. Surf Culture Bondi must receive the return within 7 working days of the return authorisation being issued.Please note that Surfboards, Wetsuits, UV Lycra/Swimwear & any accessories that have been used in the ocean cannot be returned or exchanged.

All products are displayed online to the best of our ability, with accurate descriptions and images from our suppliers. On occasion a product may differ slightly in terms of colour represented on screen, if you feel your product arrived visually different to the product purchased, please contact us on the above email and we will make an assessment on your behalf with our suppliers. 

We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission.We do our best to ship all products ordered/requested within 7 days of purchase.In the event of a product not being available within 14 days & we have not contacted you direct with a ETA of your requested product/s arrival ,you may request our online team to cancel your purchase.
