At this time we are only accepting online orders from Australian residents (Excluding External Territories). For residents of Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island & International orders, please contact us directly at info@surfculture.com.au to arrange a custom order. 

All orders are shipped to residential or business addresses via courier service or Australia Post.The shipping rate is calculated at checkout, however on occasion we may have to charge an additional fee for delivery to certain regional areas (see below), if this is the case we will be in touch during order processing/verification.

Surf Culture does not deliver to PO Boxes,If a order has completed using a PO Box address, a member of our staff will be in touch to organise an alternative delivery address.

For rural areas we can be required to only deliver to a commercial business address during business hours particularly in VIC, WA, TAS, SA, NT & in certain areas of NSW & QLD as our couriers occasionally cannot deliver to residential addresses outside of the major population centres. If this is the case, a member of our staff will be in contact via email, phone or text message and we will ask if you can check with a friend, colleague or family member if you can have your order (particularly Surfboards) sent to their commercial business which may include retail shops, service stations, gyms, industrial/farm suppliers etc located in the larger regional town centres serviced by major commercial delivery routes. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing/verification & up to an additional 7 days business days for courier delivery of Surfboards within Australia. Surfboards over 195cm/6'4 can occasionally incur longer delivery times particularly for rural addresses.We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier/s.

International customers must pay any additional local charges such as duties, taxes required upon delivery or on confirmation of goods arriving in their country by customs themselves.Surf Culture Bondi accepts no responsibility for additional charges incurred outside of Australia.
